Seaboats and its sister, Tugs Unlimited, were small towing companies owned by the Church family in Portsmouth RI. They had their own shipyard in Fall River MA. See it from the air on Google here. The business was bought by Kirby in 2011 and closed, but the yard is still functioning as a repair facility.
