Greenport Basin & Construction Co.
Greenport NY
Greenport Basin & Construction Company was started in the mid-19th century, by Pliny C. and Theodore W. Brigham, building fishing vessels and yachts. During WWII, they acquired their neighbors, Greenport Shipyard Company and expanded into steel boatbuilding. They are still going today as Greenport Yacht & Shipbuilding Company. Little is known about this yard's output, however.
