Other Naval Shipyards
Long Beach NSY was primarily a repair yard and is now a container terminal: visit it here. New Orleans NS was never a naval shipyard but built some sub chasers during WWI. Pensacola NSY operated as a repair yard from 1825 to 1911 but is now the Pensacola Naval Air Station.
