Sullivan Dry Dock
Brooklyn NY
In 1937, a Brooklyn businessman called Fred Sullivan leased the repair yard at the head of Brooklyn's Tebo Yacht Basin (at the foot of 22nd, 23rd and 24th Streets) from Todd Shipyards and renamed it Sullivan Dry Dock & Repair Co., Inc. He converted it to new construction but it did not survive the war, closing in 1947.
