Most recent update: August 26, 2021.
This yard was started by a well-known racing boat designer, Wm. Edgar John, at the outset of WWII: it continued after the war under the name Milton Point Shipyard but closed in the 1960s. The yard was located on the north side of the Milton Channel, at the foot of Hewlett Avenue. See it from the air on Google here.
