St. Johns Shipbuilding, Inc., was established in 2006, by Steve Ganoe and Michael Grandonico, in the facility previously operated by Offshore Shipbuilding, which had been closed for about 15 years, and before that by Putnam Shipbuilding. Visit them at stjohnsshipbuilding.com. The yard is at the end of Stokes Landing Road, on an inlet from the St. Johns River. See it from the air on Google here.
