New Bern Shipyard
New Bern NC
New Bern Shipyard appears to have been operating as early as 1901, but there are very few data to confirm this and it is possible that there was more than one shipyard of that name. In the 1960s, it was owned by V. O. Andrews and was located on South Front Street, just upstream of the old railway bridge.
