Ledford Marine Construction was a builder of seiners and other commercial fishing vessels, started by John Ledford in 1964. In 1990, when the market for fishing vessels collapsed, they switched to recreational boats, doing business as Camano Cruisers, but closed in 2008. The yard was at 4116 35th Drive N.E., on the south side of Steamboat Slough, a site now occupied by Everett Bark Supply. See it from the air on Google here.
