McKenzie Barge & Derrick Co., Inc., was established in North Vancouver in 1922, as a base for its marine construction activities. It's still going as a repair facility, known since about 1970 as McKenzie Barge & Marine Ways, but it has not built a new vessel since 1989. The yard is located on Dollarton Highway.
